With the typical golden straw yellow colour, it is obtained by the method
of cold pressing Oliarola and Cellina olive varietals.

It has a balanced flavour, pleasant immediately and with a slight
hint of almond.

It has a fruity, medium intensity, with pleasant scents of
Mediterranean shores.
Thanks to its light taste, the Harmonious Extra Virgin Olive
goes well with delicately flavoured dishes.


Ideal for use on the table to enrich the most delicate foods such as dried beef and fresh salads, it is also excellent in cooking to flavour fish, risottos, pastas and roasts.

It is recommended on all those dishes where the oil has the task of enhancing the essence without smothering it.
