Virgin olive oil

With the typical intensely golden colour, it is obtained by the method
of cold pressing from the skillful mix of a number of
varieties from the area.

Unique of its type, it has a smooth and balanced taste.


The Virgin Olive Oil is suitable for the most diverse cooking: over a
naked flame for preparing crisp and impeccable fried food, in slow
and prolonged cooking to achieve dishes such as meat and vegetable
stews.


In the oven, by using it instead of butter, it creates a new note for typical
homemade desserts such as tart and apple pie.

 


Available in 5 litre tins
and on request in bottles of 0.75 litres
